Built chatbots for Anheuser-Busch across MLB and NFL, back when conversational UI wasn't yet a category. Shipped the Bud Light March Madness campaign: live predictions, ticket giveaways, 100k+ users. Bet on chat over native apps and traditional UI as the next platform. Turned out to be (kind of) right, just a little early.
